Delivery charges
Free delivery to UK mainland addresses on orders over £500. Below that a flat £29 applies. Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted individually before your order is confirmed.
Lead times
In-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 working days and typically arrive within 5–10 working days. Larger sets are delivered by a two-person team who will place the items where you need them.
Assembly
Most sets arrive part-assembled and need 20–40 minutes with two people. Instructions and the required tools are included in the box.
Returns
You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us first so we can arrange collection; collection charges apply for large items.
Damaged or faulty items
Report any transit damage within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement part or full replacement at no cost.
Warranty
Frames are covered for 5 years and cushions and fabrics for 2 years against manufacturing defects, in normal domestic use.
